Oxygen Administrator Training
In tandem to the implementation process training of the system administrators will be provided. The administrator training can be broken down into to parts:
- Hands on training. This is delivered as part of the configuration set-up and requires the administrator to be involved throughout the configuration process.
- Formal Training, typically a half day training session to go through the application looking at how to manage and if required make changes to the system configuration.
Oxygen Operator Training
User training is usual delivered either in “one to one” session for smaller installation or “train the trainer” for larger installations.
The user training typically will be delivered towards the backend of the implementation process so as to be configuration specific, however sometimes where stage – 3 is broken into two parts there would be a need for a initial training session inline with the stage 3.1 and a following session inline with completion of stage 3.2.
